Appointments

Appointments are made every week based on a referees grading and the known availability of referees from their input into Rugby Xplorer.

Once the appointments are finalised, referees will be emailed their appointment notice with details of the game, time, and location. It is expected that referees will use the appropriate links in the email to accept (or reject) their appointment as soon as they can after receipt, so the coordinators know the referee's intentions (or if a replacement needs to be found).

​An entire listing report of all appointments for the weekend will be emailed to members (and all clubs).
