ACTRRA Grading Information
ACTRRA Gradings for both Senior and Junior Panel referees will occur:
- half way through each season, and
- at the end of the season.
Grading Review Process
Should a referee have concerns or questions over their grading, they should:
1. Contact the respective grading coordinator (Jnr Appointments & Grading Coordinator or Senior Referee Coach & Development Coordinator)
2. If not satisfied with the reasoning, the referee can request a review of the grading by advising either the:
3. A Review Panel will undertake a review which will consist of the CGAC Chair (for Junior Grading only), a member of the ACTRRA Executive and independent Referee Coach/es nominated by the ACTRRA Executive not involved in the grading process.

- Raise concerns and ask the question,
- Be open minded and curious on the reasons for the grading (not defensive)
2. If not satisfied with the reasoning, the referee can request a review of the grading by advising either the:
- CGAC Chair, or
- An ACTRRA Executive member, and
- Providing reasoning as to why a review is requested.
3. A Review Panel will undertake a review which will consist of the CGAC Chair (for Junior Grading only), a member of the ACTRRA Executive and independent Referee Coach/es nominated by the ACTRRA Executive not involved in the grading process.
