Our Pre-season seminar for all Senior and Junior Referees is this Sunday 14th March at The RUC, 54 McCaughey Street, Turner from 9:00 until 12:00. The main activity is to go through the 2021 Game Management Guidelines (GMG) (located at http://www.actrra.org.au/referee-information.html
ACTRRA has invited the President and Head Coach from each senior club in our Premier, 1st and 2nd grade competitions to attend as this will help promote better cohesion, understanding and communication between referees and our partners in the game we all love. As numbers may be limited, you should send your RSVP promptly once invitations are extended.
At the end of the GMG presentation, we will hold a short ACTRAA members meeting to present some Outstanding Awards from our 2020 season before members are free to enjoy their Sunday afternoon from 12:00.
Meet Jack Walker, ACTRRA Referee Fitness trainer to act as our trainer for the 2021 season. His fitness sessions are available for all referees of the Association and should be utilised to get yourself ready to start the season.

Days: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-7pm.
Venue: Brumbies HQ (Field behind the main building. Parking is free at UC (near building 29) after 5:30pm
Programme: The training programme will be designed around World Rugby’s ‘Activate’ programme. This is a scientifically proven and RA validated pre-season fitness programme that Isaac will be adapting specifically for all fitness levels of our referees. The Executive cannot stress enough how important it is for referees to be physically prepared for the season and expects referees to attend these sessions
