Clothing Order Form
    With the recent order of ACTRRA on-field and off-field kit, some members were unable to be provided with the larger sized items. If you have not been issued with kit due to limited sizing, can you please complete the form below and submit it for an off season order to be placed.

    ​Order are due by:

    Refereeing Kids Accredited referees who are registered members
    • 'yellow' polo,
    • ACTRRA shorts,
    • ACTRRA socks, and
    • ACTRRA polo (whistle and cards are provided when you complete the course)

    Level 1 (or above) Accredited referees who are registered members:
    • ACTRRA Jersey,
    • ACTRRA Alternate Jersey, (Senior Panel Referees only)
    • ACTRRA Shorts, 
    • ACTRRA Socks,
    • ACTRRA Polo,
    • ACTRRA Gear Bag, and
    • ACTRRA Track Suit.

    Level 1 (or above) Accredited Referee Coaches who are registered members:
