Appointments
Appointments are made on a weekly basis based on the known availability of referees from their input into Rugby Xplorer.
Once the appointments are finalised the referee will be emailed their own appointments notice with details of the game, time and location of the appointment. It is expected that referees will use the appropriate links in the email to accept (or decline) their appointment as soon as they can after receipt so the coordinators know the referee's intentions (or a replacement needs to be found).
An entire listing report of all appointments for the weekend will be emailed to members (and all clubs).
