Bruce Portway Whistle

This trophy was presented by Bruce Portway, a former member of the ACTRRA to be awarded each year to the outstanding candidate at the annual examinations for referee’s badges. The trophy, a whistle, was awarded for the first time in 1962 and is awarded annually to the referee who gains the highest grading at the Level II Accreditation.
